Last week the Governor of Arizona created an executive order removing all COVID restrictions in the state, including requiring face coverings. This essentially unwinds all of his executive orders issued in the past year.

Cities and counties have continued their mandates. Even the governor has recommended that businesses continue to follow CDC guidelines. Ambiguity reigns, however, it is recommended that businesses continue to take precautions and follow CDC guidelines to guard against liability.
